Find something -- anything -- nice to say. Lead with that.
Present your dislikes subjectively; a lot of "didn't work for me" and "not my type of fiction" etc. (If you want to be nice, that is).
Try to close with something nice.
This is known as "sandwich" reviewing, for obvious reasons.
