I don't have much first hand experience with POD services, but I would assume most, if not all, allow for two colour printing like you've described. Amazon's CreateSpace and Ingram Spark are the first two services that come to mind, but I believe Draft2Digital also has a POD service. If you're looking for something specific, I would suggest trying to contact them and see what options are available to you.
