You probably want those intermediate scenes to be a Montage.
Either that, or indicate you are rejoining Bruce and Wayne in scene description:
INT. A SINGLE SCENE - DAY
CONTINUING PREVIOUS SCENE WITH BRUCE AND WAYNE
