Their roughly 6 minute demonstration video shows much of the power and extreme ease of use, and seems to hit on everything you mention, with this shown for export:
The video shows the forming of text/bubbles and relationship lines between them (with various arrow tip combinations or now arrows at all) seems to be very intuitive and easy.
