You could deal with this by writing the AI as an oracle. It knows so much and can extrapolate so well that it would seems to have precognitive powers to humans.
Examples include:
Finishing statements, or whole conversations, that a human initiates after the first few words.
predicting things that are usually thought of as random. i.e. the weather, dice rolls, etc...
The AI could make massive, seemingly nonsensical,leaps during conversation that would essential be non sequitur to humans conversing with it.
