As you mention yourself, writing a truly superintelligent AI is hard since humans simply can not fully comprehend these levels of intelligence.
However, if you really want to research how a superintelligent AI possibly would behave and take as much into consideration as possible I would recommend Nick Bostroms book Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies. It is not a novel but a comprehensive analysis of what, when and how superintelligence will be.
