If this is relevant to the characters, plot, or themes, then include it. I had a hard time the first readthrough of To Kill a Mockingbird due to the slang that some of the characters used, but it showed me that these characters were different, and this difference was thematically relevant.
If it's not relevant, then definitely clean it up. It sounds like you generally have tight stories, so this probably isn't the case.
If you want to make sure you don't overdo it, have somebody try to read it and see if they think this is too annoying.
