I have to write a speech on 'High level of illiteracy in [some country]', can I include a strong satire on bureaucrats, on power? I am not mentioning the sarcasm here, due to some reasons, (I will mention after this work is officially summed up) but it's a really strong satire.
Also while participating in a debate can one be sarcastic over his opponent? Or since he is just a fellow participant, one should not target or ridicule the latter?
But I think one mention "historic satires" or "famous satires" in the first case at least..
