Wattpad's a really good place! I use it (sadly haven't for some time), and it gives a chance for people to comment on your work as you go along.

Another is in real life. Just ask people to read it, and give an honest opinion. (Make sure you can take criticism well and ask them to write down what's wrong)

Any other place you want to. If you're able to, you've found a place.
