If you read an article then write a paragraph based on what you learned, do you cite the article at the end of the paragraph? Or do you have to cite after each time you mention something that isn't common knowledge? I've only been able to find help on citing quotes and single sentences. I would imagine its just at the end since it would look weird having the same citation after each sentence wouldn't it?

Just once at the end of the last sentence. The only reason you would need to cite the same source twice is if you refer to it in different places in the text. If all the information from one source is sequential, you only need to cite once.
