I have to disagree with most the other answers here and say that this is not fantasy at all. If the time frame was set in the past it would be considered historical fiction, but given that you say it's contemporary this isn't the case, so it is simply Fiction. You know, the genre that comprises about 50% of the novels at any given book store? Generic maybe but sorry, substituting names is not fantasy.
